Schwarzwaldgasthof Kreuz in Durbach

Dined like a king despite Corona. With a motorhome, we had our own guest room, so to speak, and the team from the Kreuz delivered excellent. All courses were excellent, the homemade porcini ravioli a culinary delight. For us, the culmination of all dishes was the pumpkin soup, which is generally known for the cross. The chef and owner can be called the king of soups in the area--) So if you have or can rent a suitable vehicle, then I definitely recommend that you reserve a parking space there and enjoy a wonderful evening.

We were with over 10 people in the Schwarzwaldgasthof. The service was very friendly and on the ball. The food couldn't really convince us. My soup was so salty that I found it difficult to eat all of it. And that although it was very tasty. My partner had the same problem with her chanterelle dish. The side salad, on the other hand, was very tasty in combination with the dressing. I had a burger that was pretty good too. But the highlight was my ice cream with hot raspberries. The children's drinks were apparently not charged, but in my opinion the price / performance ratio could be improved. If I could I would give it 3.5 stars. Unfortunately not more. Maybe next time.
